Account Security?
* 2FA can only be activated if you have no active deposit addresses and less than €10 in your account.
* Passwords can only be changed if you have 2FA activated or if you have no active deposit addresses and less than €10 in your account.
* Accounts can only be recovered with the user's active PGP authentication key. We will not assist in recovery, if you do not have a PGP-key added and access to the private key.
Deposits?
* A deposit address is valid for 24 hours. A new one may be generated 6 hours before the expiration time.
* Transactions must be available in the blockchain mempool before the expiration time. Replacement transactions after the expiration time are not allowed.
* Your funds may be lost if you start a deposit after the expiration time.
* It is your responsibility to verify the contents of the deposit PGP signature before making a deposit.
* Keep a complete copy of the deposit PGP signature until you have received your funds. It is needed when reporting a deposit issue that does not show up in the transactions tab.
* Deposit addresses are deleted from the platform after 7 days. Reporting an issue must be done within this time period.
* Deposit fees are 4%.
Disputes?
* Orders can only be disputed during the escrow time. Finalize early orders cannot be disputed.
* Disputes should only be escalated to support if the parties cannot resolve it themselves.
* Disputes can be escalated to support after 48 hours.
* Customers cannot add reviews to completed orders if support has added a decision on the dispute.
Escrow and Lock Times?
* Customer cancellation grace period: the time the customer can cancel the order. Vendors can only view or cancel the order during this stage.
* Lock time: the time the order cannot be disputed or approved by the customer.
* Escrow time: the time the customer may dispute or approve the order. Orders will be auto-finalized after the time and cannot be disputed afterwards.
* Vendor cancellation policy: the time the vendor must confirm or deliver the order before it gets automatically canceled.

* Topics and posts must follow the language selected by the author.
* Only discussions related to this market, including cryptocurrencies, cyber security, and drugs, are allowed.
About the Market?
* Holiday mode is automatically activated for vendors inactive for more than 3 days. Their listings will not be shown in the market until they sign in again.
* Finalize early or delivery options with less than 3 days (72 hours) are only visible and available for customers with 2FA activated.
How do the orders work?
* Delivery messages are optional for dead drop deliveries and you are required to encrypt with the vendor's PGP key (E2EE).
* Customers have a cancellation grace period of 15 minutes to cancel an order.
* Canceled or completed orders will be deleted from the system after 7 days.
Support and Issues?
* Use the report module where possible (forum, users, listings, orders, deposit addresses, pending withdrawals, or deposits have report capabilities).
* Read information and FAQ before creating a case.
* Closed cases are deleted after 14 days.
* A bounty will be paid out for reported and confirmed bugs, it will be awarded to the first person to report a particular bug. The bounty amount commences at €200 and can escalate up to €10,000 for serious bugs.
Withdrawals
* Withdrawal requires 2FA and is authorized with the authentication key.
* Withdrawal fees are 4%.
* Minimum withdrawal amount is 0.1 XMR or 0.003 BTC.
* Completed withdrawals are deleted from the system after 7 days.
Communication
* It is strictly forbidden to refer someone to outside the market or any external communication tool. This applies to orders and descriptions as well. Users doing so will be suspended.
* Messages are deleted from the system after 14 days.
